Getting Here
We will be unloading the the West Side of the PNE Forum off of Renfrew Street.

Getting In
When you arrive you will see a large garage type door and a blue sign to the right of that door called exhibitor entrance.
**Please park and come and check in before entering the building with your vehicle. Do not just drive in.
Getting Sorted
The Rail Jam will be setting up first thing so you will need to get in early if you want to drive in and drop gear right at your booth.
FAQ’s
TIMES
** The flood gates open at 8:30am sharp and this will be your first chance to make an awesome impression! We will permit guests to com into the exhibition area for 30 minutes until 9:00am when the SWAP will open.

Beer Garden Hours
Saturday 11:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Sunday 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM
Sunday Tear Down 4:00pm- 9:00pm.
FOOD
We will have healthy snacks and coffee, tea and water available please bring your own plastic mugs and or water bottles.
There will be two food trucks out front for lunch and dinner. We have vouchers for you. Get in touch with your contacts below and they will hand them out.
